I’m Karen Marie Powell, Director of Una+ Ltd. I’m an independent, fully compliant and insured deal sourcer, buyers’ agent, and active property investor.

My core focus is helping landlords grow and optimise their portfolios, as well as supporting new investors who want to start their property journey with clarity, confidence, and solid fundamentals.

I work closely with my clients to source viable opportunities, assess risk and returns, and guide each deal from concept through to acquisition. My approach is practical, transparent, and relationship-led  I work for my clients, not for agents or sellers.
